We manage a claim until both company and client gets paid by a settlement offer from third party. We have a huge team of employees working on specific department. Our aim is to processing a claim and assisting both hire, storage and recovery team as well as the solicitors firm. We do liaise with client and solicitors/credit hire company and bring an easy way of communicate. Our expertise are good in speaking English, Bengali, Hindi & Urdu languages.
Initial Response Team
Initial response team would only pickup the phone call and pass it to the right department. If it is regarding general query then they would be able to resolve without delays as they do have access to system. Most client and third party company calls for an update which are always available with the latest note from a file handler. As we would have a direct access to your company system, initial team can manage to complete a claim form send it to the right solicitors or third party company.
Initial response team will also chase up all the paperwork from client depending on the demand of either solicitors company or third party insurance company. keeping every file up to date is the main responsibility of initial response team.
Vehicle Damage Department
We have specialist employees who look after vehicle damage section including reviewing a vehicle engineer report with client client if necessary. This department specially work for solicitors by chasing the damage payment from third party until gets an authorization to repair the vehicle. Once it’s authorized our team will liaise with a perfect repairing garage for to repair the vehicle depending on the damage and make/model of the vehicle unless the client prioritize some other option. The process always takes place after the authorization from client.
Personal Injury Department
This is one of the vital part of a claim process because most of the claim become unsuccessful due to client providing wrong/inaccurate information. Most times client’s medical report and the CNF do not match although this happens due to the lack of concentration while gathering all the documentation/information before submitting to the other side. We have a special team who always look after this matter and avoid conflict information. Our team assist solicitors by liaising with the client and inform all necessary information such as medical appointment, physiotherapy sessions and all forms of authority.
Our team are expert for reviewing medical report, GP and hospital records. We pay extra attention on what client explain in their statement so that in future when this matter goes to court, client do not found to be a fundamental dishonest.
Personal Injury department will work on a case until client gets his general damage payment from the other side.
Invoicing Department
Our invoice department are liable for invoicing all aspect of a claim including recovery, storage, credit hire, repair etc. Once invoiced, the team will send this to either the defender company or solicitors depending on the agreement. We can either liaise with the third party insurance co. directly and recover the payment for you or we can send this to your nominated solicitors and be an assistant to them. Invoice team keeps monthly record of how much was recovered from which claim at the end of the month.
Allegation and Litigation department
Allegation and Litigation team works together. If your client’s claim are disputed by the defendant then the file will automatically passed over to allegation department. This team will investigate the matter and liaise with the client directly for to gather all necessary evidence/documents. A proper response to defendants query will then be responded from our side to support your client’s claim. If defendant company accept liability and make an offer to settle the claim then the matter is closed from Allegation department and get passed over to invoice team. However if the other side do not accept liability and our team finds this to be unreasonable then the matter will be passed over to our Litigation team who always liaise with your nominated solicitors and assist them with documents and paperwork.
